What is the program?

The Business English Program for Professionals builds the individual’s confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing English in a business context.

The Business English Program for Professionals helps an individual to expand their business vocabulary, which may itself be further specialized by activity or industry (banking, IT, import-export, oil, engineering, etc). It is ideal for vocabulary development for specific workplace requirements. The goal is to focus on the specific needs of the participant taking into account their strengths and weaknesses.

It covers Communication, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Service, and Corporate Structure topics.

This course also allows individuals to practice language skills needed to conduct various business functions such as running a meeting, negotiating or making a presentation in English. It also covers practical business English skills such as conversation at work, communication over the phone and email.

Equilibrium School is able to customize this program to the specific needs of a given client and the English language requirements of a given profession.
