WCB Information for Case Managers

Equilibrium Additional Fees

All Equilibrium’s programs run on a continuous intake basis and can be started each Monday. In order to schedule your claimant for any of our programs please complete the appropriate referral form below for the WCB case managers and email it to school@equilibrium.ab.ca

Registration Fee
$75.00             One-time fee per program
ENGLISH LANGUAGE (CLB) ASSESSMENT FEE
$195.00             Assessment can take from 1 hour to 2 hours
GED DIAGNOSTIC TEST
$660.00           Assessment can take from 2 days to 4 days
Online Home Office Ergonomic Assessment
$250.00           Assessment can be scheduled within 24 hours
COMPUTER SKILLS DIAGNOSTIC TEST
$160.00            Assessment can take up to an hour

RESOURCES SHIPPMENT FEE
$100.00          Shipment by courier outside of Calgary limits
$75.00            Shipment by courier within Calgary limits
$50.00            Shipment by mail

Fee applies to all programs if client is unable to pick up the resources from our location
STUDENT GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING FEE
$30.00            Mandatory monthly flat fee
