APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

In order to apply to study at Equilibrium you will have to fill out the application form.

Return the application form to Equilibrium with full payment of the tuition fee. Please note that all fees (in Canadian funds) should be remitted prior to the program starts. Payment can be made by certified cheque, bank draft , visa or bank transfer payable to:

Please note that students are responsible for any bank service charges.

Students who wish to be initially assessed before arrival to Canada are also asked to submit to Equilibrium copies of their official school transcripts.

Equilibrium's Registrar Office will send to you or your parents the Official Letter of Acceptance and the Official Invoice.

Students have to apply for a Student Authorization (Student Visa) in their home country or outside of Canada. The Official Letter of Acceptance and the Official Invoice have to be submitted together with a student visa application form to the Canadian Consulate nearest you, so a valid Student Authorization (Student Visa) can be issued.

Students are advised to carry a copy of The Official Letter of Acceptance and the Official Invoice when traveling to Canada.

Before students apply for their student authorization they must have:

A valid passport.

The Official Letter of Acceptance and the Official Invoice from Equilibrium.

Proof that he/she has enough money to support himself/herself while in Canada.

Information regarding the student's accommodation while staying in Canada. Equilibrium offers the homestay program, please refer to the "Homestay Program" Information sheet.

Medical clearance. Please inquire with Equilibrium if you need more detailed information about medical insurance while staying in Canada.

Students must assume the following costs:

Visa charges

Cost of travel
