If you decide to study at Equilibrium you will have to fill out the application form.

Return the application form to Equilibrium with full payment of the tuition fee. Please note that all fees (in Canadian funds) should be remitted prior to the program start. Payment can be made by certified cheque, bank draft, VISA or bank transfer payable to:

Please note that students are responsible for any bank service charges.

Students will be asked to submit to Equilibrium copies of their official school transcripts or their Alberta Learning I.D. number.

If a student would like to register in a higher level course without previous credits or with a previous non-passing grade, he/she will need to write a placement test. Note: this applies only to adult students (students 18 years of age or older). Each case should be considered separately so an appointment is necessary for the initial evaluation of student's credits .
