REFUND POLICY FOR HIGH SCHOOL AND ESL PROGRAM FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

After arriving in Canada students will not be eligible for a refund of the tuition fee.

In case of rejection by the Canadian Immigration Office; the student will be eligible for a full refund less a $120.00 application fee if the following documents will be submitted to Equilibrium:

  1. a copy of the Rejection Letter from the Canadian Immigration Office.
  2. all original documents issued by Equilibrium to the student.

If a student withdraws from Equilibrium prior to entering Canada, the student will be eligible for a refund less a $120.00 application fee and a $500.00 processing fee. In order to be eligible for the refund the student must submit to Equilibrium:

  1. A detailed written explanation of the reasons for the withdrawal.

If a student withdraws from Equilibrium after entering Canada and/or uses Equilibrium's letter of acceptance to obtain admission to Canada and/or extend his/her student visa the student will not be eligible for a refund.

Note: Equilibrium is required to notify the local immigration office about all international students who withdraw from any program.
